Serve as key client contact for assigned projects, and build relationships with client project teams to improve client satisfaction and operational excellence, thereby increasing the potential for repeat business.
Prioritize customer requests and follow up to provide technical information and help to troubleshoot via phone calls and emails.
Utilize scientific skills to provide product-related knowledge to customers and help to identify potentially non-conforming products based on available data.
Contribute to updating scientific content on the company website such as posters, product datasheets, and web tools.
Identify potential new products or product lines, attend scientific meetings and trade/vendor shows.
Collaborate with relevant departments, prepare and deliver presentations for new business as required.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Master degree (M.S./M.A.) or Ph.D. in metabolomics, cell biology, molecular biology, or mitochondrial research-related fields.
Experience in mitochondrial research or mitochondrial product development process.
Knowledge of in vitro and in vivo experiments and biological analysis in mitochondrial research.
Understanding of mitochondrial services and markets.
Rich knowledge and technical understanding in fields such as mitochondrial dynamics, mitochondrial bioenergetics, and mitochondrial genomics analysis.
Able to build relationships through professional sales and interpersonal skills in a disciplined and organized way.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Able to communicate effectively face-to-face with people from different professional backgrounds by phone and in writing.
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
