| Description |
Lactate is an important intermediate product in the metabolic process of organisms, closely related to glucose metabolism, lipid metabolism, protein metabolism and intracellular energy metabolism, and lactate content is an important indicator to assess the metabolism of glycogen and aerobic metabolism. Lactic acid is generated by the action of lactate dehydrogenase to pyruvate, while reducing NAD+ to NADH and H+, and H+ is passed to PMS to generate PMSH2 to reduce INT to produce red material, with a characteristic absorption peak at 530nm. |
