This kit can be used to measure the level of ATP in common solutions, cells, or tissues. The kit is based on the fact that ATP is required for the production of fluorescent light by firefly luciferase (also known as luciferase). The kit can detect ATP at concentrations as low as 1 nM in a sample volume of 100 μl, while the concentration of ATP in the conventional cell or tissue lysates is 0.1-1 μM, and the intracellular ATP level in some common cells is about 10 nmol/mg protein. The detection concentration range of this kit is very wide, the upper limit of detection can be as high as 10μM, and a good standard curve can be formed in the range of 1nmol/L-10μM. |
