Product Name | mFluoro™ Mitochondrial Staining Reagent (Orange) (KITA1136) |
Description | This reagent is designed to label live-cell mitochondria with orange fluorescence. The kit uses a proprietary dye that can accumulate in mitochondria based on the mitochondrial membrane potential gradient. The mitochondrial indicator is a hydrophobic compound that can easily penetrate intact living cells and become trapped in mitochondria after entering the cell. The fluorescent mitochondrial indicator remains in the mitochondria for a long time. This key feature significantly improves dyeing efficiency. It can be easily applied to various fluorescence platforms, such as microplate analysis, immunocytochemistry and flow cytometry. It is suitable for a variety of studies, including cell adhesion, chemotaxis, multidrug resistance, cell viability, apoptosis and cytotoxicity. |
